  • Artifax Templates

    Templates allow you to create, quickly and easily, the kinds of Arrangements and Events which are regularly repeated in your venue. In this session we’ll cover how you can create Arrangement and Event templates, plus how to use and edit them.

    A Task is an ‘action’ or ‘to do’ item that you can assign to an individual User or Task Group. Tasks can be grouped into sets, and sets can be assigned either manually or automatically. In this session we’ll cover how you set up task sets, add task sets, and search for tasks.
