Report Publisher
One-click access to crucial information
Report Publisher provides the ability to send an Artifax report to a fixed web page, and the report will update automatically whenever the report schedule runs. This is great for providing refreshed ‘What’s on’ information, as well as for delivering timely information to internal and external teams.
Web Forms
Invite customers to provide additional booking information via an online form
Include a Web Form link in your confirmation letter, and the customer can provide the information you need directly into your Artifax system.
Booking Enquiry Service
Lodge new booking requests through an online form
The Booking Enquiry Service is a simplified online booking request process designed for promoters. The process includes a booking form which you can customise to suit the type of enquiry, and the booking request is lodged directly into your Artifax system.
Group Calendar
Achieve a consolidated central calendar from multiple systems.
If your organisation has multiple different business units, a one-size-fits-all approach may not be successful and could introduce new inefficiencies. Instead, each team can select their own preferred product, and Group Calendar can consolidate the calendars into a single central calendar for reporting purposes.
